BEYOND THE TICK BOX

We love paediatrics but hate the way training sometimes feels like a tick box exercise.  In an increasingly pressurised health service where the requirements on us as trainees continue to mount, it can be difficult to remember what brought you into paediatrics in the first place.

We're not denying that exams and the curriculum are important but surely there should be something else... Our aim is to inject some fun and creativity back into our training & hunt out the positives of being a paediatric trainee in the NHS and beyond.
